Pulled pork

Our pulled pork is unique, prepared following an ancient English recipe and reinterpreted with high quality ingredients. We only use Italian pork shoulder from a controlled supply chain, marinated with a special blend of fine spices. The meat is sealed and slowly cooked in the oven for 16 hours at a low temperature, so as to preserve all the juices and obtain an irresistible tenderness. The result? A pulled pork with an intense and inimitable flavour, like you've never tried before.

The product is chilled and stored, defrosted before heating.
