Thanks to the use of 100% natural fertilizers and a reduction of over 83% of pesticides compared to traditional techniques, this rice is synonymous with quality and sustainability. It is no coincidence that it has obtained the special certification of the Niigata Prefecture, a recognition reserved for products of excellence.
