Rice noodles, produced in Thailand by Bangkok Elephant, are made exclusively from rice flour and water, and then dried. This type of pasta is extremely versatile, available in different thicknesses, lengths, and widths. Usually sold dried and stiff, they need to be soaked in hot or boiling water for a few minutes to be used.
