Not a piadina, nor a burrito or a crepe, but a unique mix that combines the best of all three. Our very thin wraps, weighing 100 grams, are an exclusive creation, prepared with 00 flour, water and yeast. Each ball is pressed with a special machine that applies over 400 kg of pressure, heating the dough instantly to 180 degrees above and below. The result? A soft and elastic base but crunchy with every bite. Just heat them for two minutes per side in a pan with a drizzle of oil and then fill them with your favorite ingredients!
